How different would your life (stress, clarity, and confidence levels) be if YOUR voice was the loudest voice in your head? I've been conducting an experiment in evening "single-tasking" for the past week or so. Instead of putting my earbuds in and listening to an inspiring, entertaining, educational audio or video while I do mind-light tasks and wind down after the kiddos are asnooze, I've been intentionally leaving my ears, mind, and heart open. Creating margin in my mind. In this ep I share the how and why - and the benefits I've noticed so far. If it's been a while since you allowed yourself the luxury of mental s p a c e, time to let your own thoughts roam... give it a try and let me know how it goes!
