On Her Terms with Nikki Elledge Brown

🏐 the courage to call the ball - a sporty lesson in leadership [OHT 049]

Inspired by a frontyard volleyball lesson with my niece and kiddos.

Having the courage to speak up and call the ball - to publicly claim that you trust yourself enough to handle whatever comes next - can be a literal game-changer.

Consider that those who speak up (loudest, first, etc) are often perceived as leaders... even if they don't know what they're talking about ;)

Use your influence for (subjectively defined) good and give yourself a chance to get in the game.

Hi 👋 I'm Nikki (Elledge Brown).

Writer, podcaster, and creative advisor for brilliant women who love their work, their people, and their alone time.

As a professional overthinker who believes strongly in INTEGRITY > BALANCE, it's my nerdy pleasure to create and share tools, questions, and frameworks that make it easier to feel good about how we’re showing up — on paper and in practice.

Around here, living like a whole human is the way.

That's what we call On Her Terms® living.

THERE'S ALWAYS MORE TO EXPLORE... 🪄
