This has been a record-setting school year for cooties of all varieties in our home.
Back-to-back back-to-school colds, a deer bite, a tiny toddler fracture (!), our first bout of RSV leading to our first hospitalization, our first covid, strep, and now FLU.
ONE - how thankful I am for medical pros! From front desk appointment schedulers to docs, nurses, pharmacists, and paramedics. I love natural support options *and* feel so thankful for traditional medical care as needed.
TWO - how thankful I am that years ago we chose to anchor back into our hometown so my sisters and parents can be a short drive away for porch drops and carpool help. That privilege is not lost on me.
In this message I share a simple motto that's helping me keep it moving, even and especially when I feel overwhelmed by all the things that need to happen to keep my fave humans alive and thriving as their systems are mid-upgrade.
Whether you're in a deep immune-building season or not, I hope it serves you today!
